In Japan today, the declining birthrate and aging population are progressing rapidly, and a shortage of young workers has become a social issue.

On the other hand, in this era often referred to as the "100-year life era," the need for a second career to provide meaning and financial stability is increasing year by year among veteran generations.

UnityStep AI views these two trends not merely as challenges, but as significant opportunities.

The younger generation possesses significant strengths such as motivation, initiative, and physical stamina. However, practical experience, accumulated knowledge, and the perspective and sense of stability that come from years of experience are still in the developmental stages.
On the other hand, the veteran generation possesses a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and experience gained on the job. However, many of them, despite still being capable of contributing, have been forced to leave frontline work and fieldwork due to physical limitations or other reasons.

UnityStep AI aims to be a team that can grow by combining the strengths of each generation and complementing each other's weaknesses. We are looking for individuals with experience in system development implementation, or those who have won awards in data competitions such as Kaggle.

[Working Hours]
Flexible hours, approximately 12-20 hours per week.
[Work style]
Flexible shifts, remote work negotiable.
[Salary]
Based on experience and skills, hourly wage will be ¥1,500 to ¥10,000 (negotiable).
