We conducted a training session on the use of generation AI at Asahi I&R Group.
UnityStep AI Co., Ltd. conducted a training session for Asahi I&R Group on the themes of generative AI and the utilization of Google Workspace.
This training program was attended by representatives from Asahi I&R Holdings Co., Ltd., Asahi I&R Realty Co., Ltd., Asahi I&R Construction Co., Ltd., and Asahi I&R Retreat Co., Ltd. Participants from diverse departments and job functions gathered together to learn everything from a basic understanding of AI to its practical application in daily work.
Training objectives
This training was conducted with the aim of raising the standards for AI utilization within the company and enabling each department to use AI more effectively.
Participants learned how to understand and integrate generative AI into their work, not merely as a convenient tool, but as a "business partner" that supports business efficiency, information organization, and idea generation.
Furthermore, by using tools similar to those used in daily work, such as Google Workspace and NotebookLM, the training was designed to allow participants to immediately apply their knowledge to practical situations after the session.
Implementation details
The training covered topics such as understanding the basics of AI, how to use Google Workspace, improving work efficiency through collaborative editing, and organizing and utilizing internal documents and business information using NotebookLM.
In particular, we covered themes that are relevant to actual work, such as information organization, document creation, sharing of business knowledge, and utilization of internal company documents.
In the final session, participants split into groups by department to work on "business challenges that can be solved with AI." By sharing their departmental challenges and brainstorming improvement plans using AI, they deepened their understanding of how AI can be applied in practical work.
Training results
In the post-course survey, we received a high satisfaction rating of 4.7/5.0.
In particular, participants commented that they "understood AI not as something difficult, but as something that can be used in their daily work," "participants of a wide range of ages were able to learn without difficulty," and "they were able to envision using AI as a reliable partner to support their work."
